Retro Rack sellsThrifted Outfits, curated second-hand and vintage items. Because every find has its own history, colours, measurements, and condition may vary slightly from photographs and descriptions.

- All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.
- An item is only reserved once your order has been confirmed.
03 Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or correct an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or affected by a payment issue.
Payments are processed through the options shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.
04 Delivery & returns
We deliver within the locations and timeframes displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are guidance and can be affected by distance, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
To request a return or report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition received. Sale, intimate, and clearly marked final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
